Review Request — overview dashboard with stats panel and recent reviews carousel
1) Overview & Key Metrics

Statistics Panel

Trend Chart: Daily request volume plotted over time.
Latest Seller Reviews: Shows your average star rating, total review count, and review‑conversion rate. Also displays a snippet of a recent review with navigation to switch marketplace and browse comments.
Reading the trend: Sudden drops often indicate a paused automation or a change in your order mix (e.g., more returns or cancellations). Verify the Master Automation toggle and connection‑level schedules.
2) Request Management Table
Below the metrics, use the Review Requests table to view and manage individual orders.

Avoid double sends: If you use external tools or Seller Central’s native “Request a review”, ensure you don’t trigger both systems on the same order.
3) Automatic Scheduling Popup
Click Automatic Review Request to open the scheduling modal.
Automatic review scheduling modal with per‑connection toggles, daily send time in UTC and local time, and master automation switch

Master Automation Toggle: Globally activate or pause automation per marketplace.
Save / Cancel: Confirm or discard your settings.
Once enabled, SellerMagnet will automatically send review‑request emails each day at the specified time for eligible orders.
4) Seller Review Details
Use Seller Review Details to inspect your seller‑level feedback trends and conversion.
Seller Review Details — average rating, total feedback, conversion rate, and recent comments by marketplace
What you’ll see
Average Star Rating & Total Feedback: Macro health of your seller reputation.
Review‑Conversion Rate: Percentage of orders that convert into seller feedback after requests.
Recent Comments: Scroll through feedback by marketplace; open the order or buyer context where available.
How to use it
Validate your cadence: If conversion drops after a timing change, roll back to your previous delay or test a new window.
Spot marketplace variance: Compare markets (US, DE, JP) to localize timing and language.
Catch issues early: Sudden rating dips often correlate with delivery or item‑quality issues; sync with your Alerts and Shipping Rules teams.
Red flags: A fast decline in average rating or a spike in neutral/negative comments warrants a temporary pause of automation while you investigate root causes (inventory, logistics, listing accuracy).
5) Best Practices
Segmentation: Exclude returns, replacements, or low‑value orders using your internal policies to keep requests relevant and respectful.
Monitoring: Track review‑conversion and average rating weekly. If response rates fall, adjust timing.
With this unified interface, you can launch, monitor, and refine both manual and automated review‑request campaigns, ensuring you gather authentic feedback efficiently and at scale.
