Create & Manage a Repricer
Once inside the Repricer Management section, you can create, edit, and monitor repricers for each SKU. This process ensures that your pricing adapts dynamically to competition and your profitability rules.
Step 1: Select a Product
Before creating a repricer, select the product from your catalog.

Step 2: Configure Repricer Settings
After choosing a product, you will be directed to the Repricer Settings panel.

Repricer Active Toggle: Turn the repricer on or off.
Strategy: Choose the pricing strategy (e.g., Lowest Price, BuyBox, or dedicated brand-owner strategies like BrandGuard).
Purchase Price: You can input it manually here, or it will auto-load if pre-set in the Products section.
Shipping Cost: Define cost per unit for FBM. For FBA, this is managed by Amazon fees.
VAT Rate (%): Determined automatically by SellerMagnet based on the country of sale.
Fee Percentage (%): Automatically calculated by SellerMagnet depending on the product category. You can refresh the data with the Fetch Amazon Fees button to ensure accuracy.
Min/Max Margin % and Min/Max Price: These fields are fully editable. Any changes immediately update their real-time counterparts in the Price Breakdown Overview on the right.
Expiry Date: Define when the repricer should automatically deactivate.
Step 3: Price Breakdown Overview
The panel on the right provides an automatic calculation:
Minimum Price Breakdown: Shows base cost, shipping, VAT, fees, and final minimum price.
Maximum Price Breakdown: Shows base cost, shipping, VAT, fees, and final maximum price.
Profit & Margins: Real-time projection of profit and margin ranges based on your inputs.
Estimated Amazon Payout: Displays expected payout after Amazon deductions.
This overview updates live when you modify any input values.
Step 4: Price Recommendations
Switch to the Recommendations tab to see how your current settings align with the market.

Current Price vs Competition Best Price
Suggested Price based on competitive positioning
Number of Competitors and their offers
Sales Rankings in both primary and sub-categories
Step 5: Analyze Performance
The Analysis Tab shows your own sales history and market performance.

You can track:
Own Sales & Price History: Units sold, volume, profit, margins, ROI.
Own Price History: Graph of your historical pricing.
Current Competitor Offers: Updated view of competitors' stock and prices.
This data helps refine your repricing strategies over time.
Step 6: Managing Multiple Repricers
Once repricers are created, they are visible in the Repricer Table.

Filters include:
Inactive: Repricers that are paused or expired.
Brand/Private Label: Active repricers using brand-owner strategies (e.g., BrandGuard, Competitor ASIN-BuyBox Sync).
Running (Unsuccessful): Active repricers not currently winning the BuyBox.
Running (BuyBox Secured): Active repricers currently holding the BuyBox.
Suggestion: Monitor repricers in the Running (Unsuccessful) filter frequently. These are active but not winning the BuyBox. Reviewing their settings helps identify whether margins, strategies, or competitor conditions need adjustment.
Step 7: Creating a Repricer
To create a new repricer:

Click Create Repricer.
Fill in the required fields (purchase price, strategy, margins, min/max prices).
Review the breakdown overview on the right.
Save by clicking Create. The repricer will be added to your table and start running if set active.
With these steps, you can confidently configure repricers that balance competitiveness with profitability, adapting dynamically to the Amazon marketplace.
