You can make basic settings for your SellerMagnet account in the General Settings. These include:
Default Currency: Set the currency in which your sales and expenses are displayed. All orders, regardless which currency, will be converted to this currency using a daily exchange rate.
General Costs per Order: Use this setting to automatically deduct recurring costs and fees — such as Amazon Ads, Amazon subscription fees, or any general expenses — from each order’s profit calculation. This provides a more accurate view of your net profit by including these essential business costs.
Include Shipping in Sales Volume: When enabled, the shipping fees paid by your customers will be added to the total sales volume. This is helpful if you want your sales figures to reflect the full amount received, including shipping charges. If left disabled, only product sales will be shown in the sales volume.
VAT Settings: Select the VAT mode you want to use, e.g. OSS VAT, Firm VAT or Amazon Automatic VAT. Adjust the VAT Rate value to calculate the correct tax. Firm VAT - This sets a firm VAT Rate for all orders, regardless of the country/marketplace OSS VAT - This Option automatically calulates the VAT for all EU countries. Amazon Automatic VAT - This option uses the integrated VAT calulation offered by Amazon.
Under Shipping, you can create and manage user-defined shipping methods for your FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) products.
Click on New Route to add a new shipping method.
Enter the name of the shipping method, the country and the shipping costs per unit.
In the Connections section, you manage the connection between your SellerMagnet account and your Amazon accounts.
Here you can see an overview of your connected Amazon accounts, the date they were added and their status. You can also change the VAT Rate on Fees which you have chosen during the connection's setup process.
Click on Add New to connect a new Amazon account. You can also set the date from which the data should be synchronized.
Once you have added multiple accounts, using the initial blue menu (on the left) you can also switch your account easily
You will be redirected to our payment processor Stripe. Through the Stripe Customer Portal, you can manage your subscription, download your invoices, update your payment preferences and more.
You can manage your account details and security settings in the My Account section.
E-Mail Notifications: For product updates or promotional emails.
Change Password: Change your password to ensure the security of your account.
Logout: This will log you out of your account.
2-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add two-factor authentication to further secure access to your account.
Delete Account: Using this option you can delete your account and all of your data, but be careful, this action cannot be undone.
