Settings
This section contains all the settings of SellerMagnet: General Settings, Shipping, Connections, Plan & Billing and My Account.
General Settings
1) Current Usage (plan limits)
Monitor your monthly usage for each module.
Repricer → shows the number of repricers you have created, whether active or inactive.
Counter behavior: if you delete one or more repricers, the counter decreases.
When the limit is reached: to continue creating or reactivating repricers, you must upgrade your plan.
Analytics Dashboard → counts the number of tracked orders in the billing cycle.
Review Requester → counts the number of review requests sent during the month.
Check mid-month peaks: if the Review Requester is close to the limit, consider postponing requests for low-priority ASINs or upgrading your plan.
Once the limit is reached, the module is blocked: you cannot create new repricers, track new orders, or send additional requests until you increase your plan.

2) Dashboard Settings
Default Currency Set the reference currency for reports and profit calculations.
Default Language Choose the interface language.
General Costs per Order If enabled, general costs and fees (such as Amazon subscription, Amazon Ads) are deducted from the profit per order.
Include Shipping in Sales Volume When enabled, the customer’s shipping fee is added to the sales volume. When disabled, sales volume shows only product value.
When to enable it
✅ If you want reports to reflect gross revenue (product + shipping).
✅ If you compare GMV/Revenue with external systems that already include shipping.
❌ If your finance team prefers to keep product revenue and shipping separate.
Example
Product price: €20
Shipping paid by customer: €5
On → Sales Volume = €25
Off → Sales Volume = €20
3) VAT Settings
Choose Amazon Automatic VAT or configure your own VAT rules.
Shipping
In Shipping you can create and manage user-defined FBM shipping methods: name, country, cost (flat or tiered).

New Feature — Multi-Unit Rules
Now you can set specific costs when a customer orders multiple units at once. This avoids overestimation (flat multiplied by quantity) or underestimation when couriers apply surcharges for combined weight/volume.
When to use
✅ If you sell lightweight items where 2–3 units fit in the same parcel: apply a small extra fee instead of duplicating flat costs.
✅ If you sell bulky items: use tiers (2 units, 3–5 units, 6+ units) with progressive costs based on courier price list.
❌ If items are always shipped separately (fragile/oversize): keep flat per unit.
Examples
Flat + extra per additional unit
Base (1 unit): €5,00
Extra: +€1,50 per additional unit
2 units = €6,50
3 units = €8,00
Tiered
1 unit = €5,00
2–3 units = €7,00
4–5 units = €9,50
6+ units = €12,00
Align tiers with courier’s weight/volume thresholds (e.g., 0–2 kg, 2–5 kg, 5–10 kg) and give shipping routes clear names (e.g., “IT GLS Tiered 0–5/5–10/10+”).

Connections
Manage the links between SellerMagnet and your Amazon accounts (including multiple ones).

What you see in the list
Connection Name: The label you assigned to this Amazon account.
Start Date / Date Added: The date from which SellerMagnet starts synchronizing your orders and data.
VAT Rate on Fees: VAT percentage applied to Amazon fees for this account.
Default Marketplace: The main marketplace used for currency and default reports.
Status (Active/Revoked): Whether the connection is currently active or has been revoked.
Historical Data: Info icon that opens a panel where you can request additional historical data in predefined time frames (quarters).
Actions
Add New: Connect a new Amazon account and set the synchronization start date.
Revoke: Disconnect an account.
Request Historical Data:
Click the info icon in the Historical Data column.
In the “Request More Historical Data” window, you’ll see available time frames (usually quarterly ranges) with their current status.
Click Request to import data for a single time frame, or Request All to request all the listed periods at once.
SellerMagnet will then automatically download and process the selected historical data from Amazon; once imported, it will be available across your dashboards and reports.

If you sell in multiple EU marketplaces, set the VAT Rate on Fees according to the billing country of your main Amazon account.
Notifications
Configure which email notifications you want to receive from SellerMagnet for each Amazon connection and for your account in general.

What you see in the list
Under E-Mail Notifications, you’ll find a box for each connected Amazon account, for example:
Connections: JVAmazon: Header that shows which Amazon connection these notifications belong to.
Within each connection you can manage:
Weekly Overview: Weekly summary of your account activity (orders, revenues, key trends and alerts). Use the toggle on the right to enable or disable this email.
New Seller Review: Notifies you when a new seller feedback or store review is received on the selected connection. Use the toggle on the right to enable or disable this email.
Inventory Alerts: Short description reminding you that SellerMagnet can notify you when your inventory is low. The Configure Now link takes you directly to the Products section, where you can:
Review current stock levels.
Set or adjust stock thresholds per SKU (e.g., minimum quantity before you want to be notified).
Enable low-stock notifications so SellerMagnet can warn you when it’s time to reorder.
Below the connection box you also have:
Promotional Emails: Global setting for marketing communication from SellerMagnet. When this toggle is enabled, you agree to receive exclusive offers, discounts and product news. When disabled, you will still receive operational emails (alerts, system notifications, invoices), but no promotional newsletters.
How Notifications integrate with the Alerts System
The Notifications section controls when and for which events SellerMagnet sends you emails. It works together with the Alerts System:
Inventory-related notifications (for low stock or stock changes) are triggered by the alert rules you set up in the Products and Alerts System sections.
The Weekly Overview and New Seller Review emails complement the Alerts dashboard by giving you a periodic summary and immediate feedback updates.
All alert emails follow the same logic described in the Alerts & Notifications section of the documentation (alert status, last run, notification channel, etc.).
Plan & Billing (Manage Payment)
When you access Manage Payment you are redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal. There you can manage your subscription, download invoices, and update payment preferences.
Available actions
Upgrade/Downgrade plan
Manage payment method
Invoice history and download
Billing details
My Account

Change Password → update your password.
Logout → log out from the account.

FAQ
Q: I deleted a repricer but the counter didn’t decrease immediately. A: Refresh the page. If it remains unchanged, check if you still have archived rules counted as active. The counter decreases once deletion is effective on the server.
Q: I have reached the Review Requester limit. What happens? A: New requests are blocked in the queue until you upgrade your plan or the billing cycle resets.
Q: My multi-unit shipping costs are higher than expected. A: Check if you are using flat × quantity instead of tiered or per additional unit rules. Adjust according to courier thresholds.
