By offering the flexibility to generate and export data in different formats (CSV or JSON), users can efficiently manage multiple accounts and marketplaces with ease and precision.
To generate reports in SellerMagnet, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the Reports Section
Log into your SellerMagnet dashboard.
From the left-hand side menu, select Reports.
Configure Your Report Click the Generate Report button. You will see several configuration options:
Connection: Select the specific account connection for which you want to generate the report. This feature is particularly useful for agencies managing multiple Amazon seller accounts.
Report Types: Choose the type of data you wish to include in your report:
Orders: Detailed breakdowns of all your order activities.
Inventory: Comprehensive insights into your stock and inventory management.
Marketplaces: Select specific Amazon marketplaces (e.g., US, EU, JP), multiple marketplaces, or all marketplaces.
Date Range: Set the specific time frame for the data to be included.
Export Format: Choose between CSV (ideal for spreadsheet applications) or JSON (excellent for integration with other software systems and advanced data analysis).
Generate and Download After filling out your preferences, click the Generate Report button at the bottom. The report status will initially show as Pending and will change to Ready once the report is prepared. You can then download it directly to your computer.
