Reports

SellerMagnet’s Reports module provides full flexibility to generate, export, and analyze operational data across multiple accounts and marketplaces — all in one centralized view.

You can create reports in different formats (CSV or JSON) and access them directly from the dashboard.


How to Generate Reports

To generate a report in SellerMagnet, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Reports Section

From the main dashboard sidebar, select Reports to open the reporting interface.

Step 2: Configure Your Report

Click Generate Report to open the configuration panel.

Here you can set the parameters:

  • Connection – Choose the Amazon account connection for which you want to generate the report. Useful for agencies managing multiple clients or seller accounts.

  • Report Type – Select the data type:

    • Orders: all sales and order activity

    • Inventory: stock and inventory management details

  • Marketplaces – Select one or multiple Amazon marketplaces (e.g., US, EU, JP) or choose All Marketplaces.

  • Date Range – Define the time frame for which data will be extracted.

  • Export Format – Choose between:

    • CSV — recommended for spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets

    • JSON — ideal for integrations or advanced analytics

You can refresh the list anytime using the Refresh button to check if your reports are ready to download.


Step 3: Generate and Download

After setting your preferences, click Generate Report. The report will appear in the table below with the following details:

  • Status: INITIAL / PENDING / READY – The progress of your report generation.

  • Action: Download – When the report is ready, click to download it directly to your computer.

Once created, reports remain stored in the table for later reference or re-download.
