When you click on Help Center, a dropdown menu appears with four options to provide support and resources.

Guides

Redirects you to SellerMagnet’s documentation and guide center (where you are now). Here you will find step-by-step instructions, feature overviews, and best practices for using all features.


Bugs & Suggestions

Selecting Bugs & Suggestions opens a popup form where you can:

  • Report any bugs you’ve encountered while using SellerMagnet.

  • Share ideas or suggestions to improve the platform.

Fill in the feedback text area and click Submit. Our team carefully reviews all reports and may follow up with you for additional details.

Get in Touch

Clicking Get in Touch opens your default mail client or allows you to email us directly at [email protected].

Our team will be happy to assist you with any questions or issues.


Schedule a Call

Selecting Schedule a Call opens a popup window where you can book a session with our team.

How to schedule a call:

  1. Choose a Date – A calendar shows the current week. Click the day you prefer.

  2. Select a Time Slot – Available 30-minute slots appear below the calendar. Times are shown in your local timezone.

  3. Enter Your Email Address – Provide the address where we’ll send your confirmation and Google Meet link.

  4. Pick a Topic – Select the purpose of your call (e.g., Onboarding, Pricing, Technical Support).

  5. Request the Call – Click Request a Call Now.

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email with the Google Meet link and additional details. Please wait for this confirmation before joining the call.
