By clicking on the Help Center, a dropdown menu will appear with three options to assist you:

Guides
This option will redirect you to SellerMagnet’s comprehensive documentation and guide center (where you are now), providing detailed instructions on how to use all our features.
Bugs & Suggestions
A popup contact form will appear, allowing you to report any bugs you’ve encountered or share suggestions to help us improve SellerMagnet.
Get in Touch
Reach out to us directly via email. Click this option to open your default mail client or email us at [email protected]. Our team will be happy to assist you.
- Schedule a Call
When you select Schedule a call from the Help menu, a popup window will open. In this popup you will:
Choose a Date A calendar shows the current week. Click on the day you prefer for your call.
Select a Time Slot Available half-hour slots appear below the calendar. Click the time that works best for you. All times are shown in your local timezone.
Enter Your Email Address Provide the address where we’ll send your confirmation and meeting link.
Pick a Topic Use the dropdown to select the purpose of your call (e.g. Onboarding, Pricing, Technical Support).
Request the Call Click Request a Call Now.
After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. That message will include a Google Meet link and any additional details you need before the call. Please wait for this confirmation before joining the meeting.
