Dashboard Overview
The SellerMagnet Dashboard provides a real-time overview of your Amazon sales performance, profitability, and operational health.
It combines live data from your connected marketplaces into one cohesive view, enabling you to monitor trends, track key metrics, and make informed decisions quickly.
1. Introduction
The Dashboard is designed as the central command center of SellerMagnet. From daily performance summaries to detailed profitability analytics, it gives sellers immediate access to crucial indicators such as revenue, profit, ROI, and return rates; all updated automatically.
Tip: Use the Dashboard daily to monitor changes in sales behavior, margin fluctuations, and listing performance in real time.

2. Today Snapshot (Top-Left Panel)
This panel provides a summary of your sales activity for the current day:
Gross Sales Volume: Total value of all orders for the day, compared to the previous period (percentage change displayed).
Orders & Refunds: Total number of orders placed and refunded within the day.
Profit: Net profit after deducting all associated fees and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).
Margin & ROI: Displays today’s profit margin percentage and Return on Investment, showing how efficiently sales translate into net profit.
Recommendation: Use this panel to quickly assess whether your sales are on track compared to the previous week or month.
3. Statistics Panel (Center-Top)
This section aggregates sales and profit metrics across your selected time period and marketplaces.
Gross Sales Volume: Total value of all orders before taxes.
VAT Due: The total VAT amount owed based on sales volume.
Net Sales Volume: Sales value after deducting VAT.
Profit: Total net profit across all selected marketplaces.
Orders, Refunds, Margin & ROI: Summarized performance indicators updated for the selected range.
The bar chart below visualizes trends in daily performance. Hover over any bar to see exact figures for Net Sales, VAT, Refunds, or Profit for that date.
Example: Spot daily peaks or sales slowdowns instantly to adjust ad spend or stock levels accordingly.

4. Performance Widgets (Right-Top Section)
This area groups together performance indicators from your Amazon account.
Seller Performance
Displays your account’s overall health score, with benchmarks for key operational metrics such as:
On-Time Delivery Rate
Order Defect Rate (MFN / AFN)
Late Shipment Rate
Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation Rate
A detailed breakdown can be accessed under Seller Performance History, showing a 30-day performance graph and compliance indicators.

Return Rate
Shows the percentage of returned orders and the average refund amount. A 0% return rate indicates no refunds within the selected timeframe.
Reviews
Displays the average star rating, total number of reviews, and overall review score per marketplace.
Amazon Payouts
Shows upcoming payout details, including:
Connected account
Marketplace
Current balance
Next payout date
You can access the full payout history to review trends and closed or pending transfers.

5. Order Type Breakdown (Left-Mid Panel)
A pie chart displays the proportion between FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) orders.
FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon): Orders where Amazon handles storage, shipping, and customer service.
FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant): Orders shipped directly by the seller.
Note: Maintaining a healthy balance between FBA and FBM can help optimize logistics and profitability.

6. Orders Table (Center-Bottom Panel)
Displays recent order data in tabular format with the ability to toggle between Orders, Refunds, and Products views.
Columns Include:
Fulfillment Type (FBA / FBM)
Order Date & ID
Product Details (SKU, ASIN, and Title)
Unit Price and Units Sold
Refunded Amount
Total Sale Value
Profit per Order
Margin %
ROI %
Search and Filters: Use the search bar to find any order by keyword, SKU, or order ID.

7. Financial Breakdown (Right-Bottom Panel)
Provides a complete cost analysis of all orders within the selected period.
Key Elements:
Sale Price (Net): Total sales revenue after VAT.
VAT Due: Tax collected on sales.
Items Cost (COGS): Sum of all product-related costs.
Referral Fee: Amazon’s category-based commission.
Shipping Fees: Includes FBA/FBM shipping and Digital Service Fees.
General Expenses: Aggregates all other operating costs (e.g., subscriptions, advertising, storage).
Below, SellerMagnet automatically displays Net Profit, ROI, and Margin across all orders.
Pro Tip: Review the Breakdown panel weekly to ensure expenses remain proportionate to revenue and ROI stays positive.

8. How to Use the Dashboard Effectively
Identify Trends: Use the daily sales and margin charts to track performance fluctuations.
Drill Into Data: Click any number or graph section to jump directly to the relevant Orders or Reports module.
Monitor Profitability: Compare product-level margins and fulfillment methods to find the most profitable combinations.
Set Alerts: Configure notifications for Buy Box loss, price deviations, or unusual cost changes.
In Summary: The Dashboard offers a unified, real-time perspective of your Amazon business — merging sales, performance, and profitability into one intelligent control center.
