The dashboard provides a central overview of your sales statistics, orders, and other key metrics.

Analytics Dashboard Overview
When you first log into SellerMagnet, you arrive at the Analytics Dashboard, your central hub for monitoring every aspect of your Amazon business. Below is a detailed walkthrough of each section:
1. Global Navigation (Left Sidebar)
Dashboard: Returns you here.
Orders: View and filter individual orders or products for detailed P&L analysis.
Products: Manage and review profitability metrics per SKU.
Expenses & Transactions: Combined view of all Amazon fees, shipping costs, and external expenses alongside transaction records for a full P&L.
Listing Performance: Track impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and Buy Box share.
Reports: Access saved and custom reports on any metric.
Tools: Quick links to Sourcer, Repricer, Review Requester, Listing Optimizer, and Alerts.
2. Today Snapshot (Upper-left Panel)
Gross Sales Volume: Total sales value for today, with percentage change vs. previous period.
Profit: Net profit after fees and costs, with percentage change indicator.
Orders: Number of orders processed today.
Refunds: Count of refunded orders.
Margin & ROI: Today’s margin percentage and return on investment.
3. Statistics (Center-top Panel)
Gross Sales Volume: Cumulative sales value for the selected time range (default “This Month”).
VAT Due: VAT amount owed on those sales.
Net Sales Volume: Sales after VAT.
Profit: Total net profit to date.
Orders, Refunds, Margin & ROI: Summary counts and percentages.
Sales Chart: Bar chart showing daily net sales over the selected period. Hover any bar to see the exact value and date.
4. Performance Widgets (Right-top Panels)
Seller Performance: Star-rating score for each connected marketplace, with navigation arrows to switch between accounts (e.g. Amazon DE, Amazon UK).
Return Rate: Percentage of orders returned, plus the average return amount.
Reviews: Average product rating and review count for each marketplace.
Amazon Payouts: Details on your next payout date and total payout amount.
5. Order Type Breakdown (Right Sidebar)
Pie Chart showing the proportion of FBA vs. FBM orders for all connected marketplaces.
6. Orders Table (Center-bottom Panel)
View Toggle: Switch between an Orders view and a Products view.

Search: Quickly filter orders by any keyword in the table.
7. Financial Breakdown (Right-bottom Panel)
Sale Price (Net): Total net revenue after VAT.
VAT Due: VAT collected on sales.
Refunded Amount: Net value refunded to customers.
Net Shipping: Shipping fees included in profit calculations.
Fees & Expenses: Detailed line items—including referral fees, FBA/FBM shipping costs, closing fees, and any general expenses—along with an average expense per order.
How to Use This Dashboard
Identify Trends: Use the Sales Chart and Snapshot panels to spot daily or monthly ups and downs.
Drill Into Details: Click any number in the Statistics or Performance widgets to jump directly to filtered reports or order lists.
Monitor Profitability: Compare “Profit” and “Margin” columns in the Orders table to quickly see which SKUs or fulfillment methods are most lucrative.
Set Alerts: If you haven’t already, click Alerts in the sidebar to configure notifications for low stock, Buy Box loss, or unexpected cost spikes.
This unified view ensures you have real-time visibility into sales, costs, and customer behavior—empowering you to make data-driven decisions every day.
