Review Request Section – Overview and Guide

The Review Request section is designed to help you automate and manage the process of requesting customer reviews for your Amazon orders. Having consistent and positive reviews can significantly boost your store's credibility and sales.

Section Breakdown

1. Statistics Panel

At the top of the page, you’ll find key metrics showing the number of review requests sent:

  • Sent (Today): Number of review requests sent today.

  • Sent (7 Days): Total review requests sent in the last 7 days.

  • Sent (30 Days): Review requests sent in the last 30 days.

  • Sent (All Time): Total review requests sent since the beginning.

2. Order List

This section displays all eligible orders for which you can send review requests. The columns include:

  • Fulfillment Type: FBA or FBM

  • Order ID: The unique identifier for each Amazon order.

  • Product(s): The product(s) included in the order.

  • Unit Price, Units, and Total Price: Details about the pricing and quantity of the ordered products.

  • Status: Indicates whether a review request has been sent.

  • Manage Column: Contains a paper airplane icon to manually send a review request for a specific order.

How to Use the Review Request Section

  1. Individual Review Request

    • Locate the order you want to request a review for.

    • Click the paper airplane icon in the Manage column.

    • The status will change to Review Requested once the request is sent.

  2. Bulk Request Review

    • Use the checkbox next to each order to select multiple orders.

    • Click the Bulk Request Review button at the top of the page.

    • This will send review requests for all selected orders simultaneously.

  3. Automatic Review Request

    • Click on the Automatic Review Request button.

    • A popup will appear, allowing you to activate automatic review requests for each connected Amazon account.

    • Once activated, SellerMagnet will automatically send review requests for eligible orders on your behalf.

Latest Reviews

On the right side of the screen, you’ll see a preview of recent customer reviews, helping you monitor the feedback your products are receiving.
