Overview

The dashboard provides a central overview of your sales statistics, orders, and other key metrics.

1. Today

  • Gross Sales Volume (€): Displays the total sales made today.

  • Net Sales Volume (€): Shows the sales amount after deductions.

  • Orders (#): Number of orders placed today.

  • Refunds (#): Total number of refunds issued today.

  • Margin (%): Percentage of profit margin for today.

  • ROI (%): Return on investment for today.

2. Statistics

  • Gross Sales Volume (€): Displays the total sales made in the selected period.

  • Net Sales Volume (€): Shows the sales amount after deductions.

  • Orders (#): Number of orders placed in the selected period.

  • Refunds (#): Total number of refunds issued in the selected period.

  • Margin (%): Percentage of profit margin for the selected period.

  • ROI (%): Return on investment for the selected period.

  • Filter: Select the period you want to show statistics and orders for.

3. Widgets

  • Amazon Seller Performance: Displays the seller performance score based on various metrics like order fulfillment, customer feedback, etc.

  • Return Rate:

    • Order Return Rate (%): Overall return rate, calculated as (Number of Returns / Total Orders) * 100.

    • Percentage of individual items returned, calculated as (Number of Items Returned / Total Items Sold) * 100.

  • Reviews:

    • The overall review rating of your first connection

    • The Review Score (how many of your customers leave a review)

  • Amazon Payments: Shows your current balance and your next payout date.

4. Orders

  • Order Type (%): Shows the fulfillment method used for orders in the selected period between FBA and FBM
