This guide walks you through the Repricer interface, import/export functionality, management options, and best practices.

Overview

The SellerMagnet Repricer module enables sellers to dynamically manage pricing strategies across Amazon marketplaces. Whether you're aiming to win the BuyBox, maintain a competitive position, or match specific sellers, our repricer gives you the flexibility and control to optimize your pricing strategy.

📊 Repricer Dashboard Overview

The Repricer dashboard is divided into three main sections:

1. Summary Metrics (Top Graph Section)

• Total Repricers (blue): Number of all configured repricers (active and inactive).

• Running Repricers (yellow): Number of currently active repricers.

• BuyBox Secured Repricers (green): Repricers that are currently winning the BuyBox.

These KPIs offer an immediate snapshot of repricer performance across your catalog.

2. Latest Status Logs (Middle Section)

• Shows recent repricing events per SKU.

• Useful to track changes such as BuyBox won, price updates, and API responses.

3. Repricer Table (Bottom Section)

Here, you can:

• View a list of all repricers with data like SKU, ASIN, product name, price, status, and current strategy.

• Filter repricers by:

  • Inactive

  • Running (Unsuccessful): Active repricers not currently winning the BuyBox.

  • Running (BuyBox Secured): Active repricers currently winning the BuyBox.

• Perform bulk or individual management actions:

  • Add New: Create a new repricer manually.

  • Import CSV: Upload a batch of repricers.

  • Export Unsuccessful: Download repricers that have not secured the BuyBox for review.

⚙️ Manage Individual Repricers

Each row in the repricer table includes a Manage section:

🖊 Edit Icon

Click to:

• Activate/deactivate the repricer.

• Set minimum and maximum price boundaries.

• Choose a repricing strategy.

• Define the Expiry Date (after which the repricer becomes inactive automatically).

📋 Log Icon

Displays detailed logs for the specific repricer, including:

• Price changes.

• BuyBox events.

• API calls and errors.

• Competitor price changes.

📥 Importing Repricers via CSV

Bulk importing repricers helps save time, especially for catalogs with hundreds or thousands of SKUs.

Step-by-Step:

1. Select Provider

• Currently, the only supported format is SellerLogic.

1. Upload CSV File

• Drag and drop your .csv file or select it manually.

• The system will automatically validate the file.

1. Match Products

• Confirms number of matched vs unmatched SKUs. "Matched" refers to the products that are matched/found from the csv file in your Amazon seller account.

1. Adjust Settings

• Choose the connection and default repricing strategy.

• Toggle whether to activate repricers immediately.

Then click Apply & Import.

📤 Exporting Repricers

Use the Export Unsuccessful button to download a list of repricers that are active but currently not winning the BuyBox. This allows for further analysis and strategic adjustments.

Once exported, adjust your margins and reupload the file in SellerMagnet. New repricers will override the past ones (only for the ones you are re-importing).

• Use expiration dates to automate lifecycle control of your pricing rules.

• Monitor the "BuyBox Secured" logs regularly to optimize strategy performance.

• Import in bulk to save time, especially useful for agencies managing multiple accounts.

• Combine with the Inventory Module and Profit Dashboard for complete data-driven pricing and stock optimization.
