Orders

The Orders page provides a detailed view of all your recent orders, including key metrics and detailed information about each order.

1. Order overview

  • Marketplace: Indicates the marketplace where the order was placed. It can show whether the order is fulfilled by merchant (FBM) or fulfilled by Amazon (FBA).

  • Order: Unique identifier for the order. This helps in tracking and managing specific orders.

  • Product(s): Description of the product(s) included in the order. This column lists all products within an order.

  • Unit Price: The price per unit of the product in the order.

  • Units: Number of units of the product ordered.

  • Refunded: Amount refunded for the order, if any.

  • Total: Total value of the order calculated as Unit Price * Units.

  • Profit: Profit made from the order, calculated as (Unit Price * Units) - Total Costs. This shows the monetary gain from the order after accounting for all costs.

  • ROI: Calculated as (Profit / Total Costs) * 100. This metric indicates the efficiency of the investment in terms of returns.

  • Margin: Profit margin percentage for the order, calculated as (Profit / Net Sales Volume) * 100. This shows the profit as a percentage of the sales volume.

2. Breakdown

You can click on every order and get a detailed breakdown of all costs.
