📋 Overview
The SellerMagnet Repricer automatically adjusts your Amazon listing prices based on competitor activity, Buy Box status, and the strategy rules you define. It monitors your products continuously and reprices them within the boundaries you set, ensuring you win the Buy Box when possible while never selling below your minimum profitable price.
The Repricer supports two distinct use cases with purpose-built strategies:
Reseller strategies: Compete for the Buy Box against other sellers on shared listings
Brand Owner / Private Label strategies: Protect your brand's pricing integrity and enforce MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies
Is this for you? If you compete with other sellers on shared listings, the Repricer saves hours of manual price monitoring. If you sell your own brand exclusively, use Brand Owner strategies to protect pricing. Expected time savings: 3-4 hours/week.

Repricer Dashboard

The Repricer Dashboard is your single source of truth for every rule you have created. In the summary view, you see how many products are managed, how many are currently winning the Buy Box, and which items still need attention. Everything updates in real time as the engine runs in the background.
1. KPI Cards
Four cards across the top of the dashboard summarise your repricing footprint and live performance:
Total Repricers
Total number of repricer rules created across all of your connected marketplaces
🔵 Blue
Brand-PL Repricers
Subset of rules using Brand Owner / Private Label strategies (MAP enforcement, etc.)
🟣 Purple
Running
Rules that are actively repricing right now but have not yet secured the Buy Box
🟠 Amber
Buy Box
Rules currently holding the Buy Box for their listing
🟢 Green
Tip: "Total Repricers" is the master count. Brand-PL, Running, and Buy Box are subsets that always add up to (or fit inside) the total, useful for quickly spotting where most of your portfolio sits.
2. Status Breakdown
Below the KPI row, a horizontal bar chart visualises how your rules are distributed across the four lifecycle states:
Inactive
Rules that have been created but are not currently running
Brand-PL
Brand Owner / Private Label rules enforcing your own pricing
Running (Not Won)
Rules actively repricing, but a competitor currently holds the Buy Box
Buy Box Secured
Rules currently winning and holding the Buy Box
Use this chart to spot imbalances, for example, a tall "Running (Not Won)" bar means many rules are competing without success and may need a strategy review.
3. Latest Activity
To the right of the chart, the Latest Activity panel shows a colour-coded timeline of the most recent events from the repricing engine:
🟢 Green: Successful Buy Box wins and price updates
🟡 Amber: Warnings such as "at min price" or "cannot lower"
🔵 Blue: Informational events such as a rule being started
Each entry shows the affected ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number), what changed, and how long ago the event occurred. This is the fastest way to confirm that the engine is doing its job.
4. Status Tabs
Directly above the items table, four tabs let you slice your portfolio by lifecycle state. Each tab shows a count badge so you can immediately see how many rules sit in each bucket.
Rules that have been created but are not currently active. Use this tab to bulk-start newly imported repricers, or to clean up rules you no longer need.
Brand Owner / Private Label rules. These enforce MAP, hold a fixed price, or protect your own brand listings. They are listed separately because they do not compete for the Buy Box in the traditional sense.
Rules that are actively repricing but a competitor currently holds the Buy Box. This is the tab to monitor most closely, it surfaces opportunities to tweak strategies, lower min prices, or investigate why you are not winning.
Rules currently winning the Buy Box. These are the rules generating sales right now. You generally do not need to touch them, but it is healthy to check that the win is not happening at your minimum price.
5. Items Table
The main table lists every rule in the selected tab. It exposes 13 columns so you can see all the critical information without opening individual rules:
Checkbox
Bulk-select rows for batch actions (start, stop, delete, export)
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)
Your seller SKU for the listing
ASIN
Amazon Standard Identification Number
FUL.
Fulfillment channel : FBA (blue) or FBM (amber)
Product
Product image and title
Price
Current live price on Amazon
Min
Minimum price boundary: the absolute floor the rule will never go below
Max
Maximum price boundary: the ceiling the rule will never exceed
Status
Lifecycle badge (Running, At Min, Paused, Error, etc.)
Strategy
Repricing strategy applied to the rule (e.g. BuyBox, Competitive, MAP)
Last Update
Description of the most recent action taken on the rule
Timestamp
Relative time of the last action (e.g. "2 min ago")
Manage
Action menu: edit, pause, restart, or delete the individual rule
Pro tip: Click any column header to sort. Sorting by Last Update is the fastest way to find rules the engine just touched.
🔍 Search and Filters
A toolbar above the items table lets you narrow the view further, on top of the active tab:
Search
Free-text search by SKU, ASIN, or product title
Condition
All conditions, New, Used
Bulk Operations
Select multiple rows using checkboxes, then use the toolbar actions to operate on them in bulk:
Bulk Import
Import a CSV of repricer rules in one go
Export
Download the current view as a CSV for offline analysis
Add New Repricer
Create a new rule for a single ASIN
Delete All
Remove every repricer rule (requires confirmation)
Warning: Deleting a repricer rule is permanent. The rule's pricing boundaries, strategy, and history are removed. You will need to recreate it from the beginning.
Quota System
Your subscription plan determines the number of products you can actively reprice. The dashboard surfaces:
Current usage versus your plan limit
An Upgrade link when you approach or exceed the quota
⚠️ Common Mistakes to Avoid
Setting min price below your breakeven cost
You sell at a loss every time the repricer hits the floor
Setting min and max too close together
The repricer has no room to maneuver and effectively becomes static
Ignoring the Running (Not Won) tab
Opportunities to win the Buy Box go unnoticed
Never checking the Latest Activity log
You miss patterns like repeated price-floor hits that signal margin erosion
Running reseller strategies on private-label products
Reseller strategies compete on price; brand owners should protect price
## ✅ Best Practices
Check the Running (Not Won) tab daily: This is where the highest-impact opportunities live. If a rule has been stuck here for days, revisit its strategy or min price.
Set meaningful price boundaries: Your min price should be your breakeven point plus a target margin buffer. Your max price should be the highest realistic selling price for the product.
Use the correct strategy type: Reseller strategies for arbitrage/wholesale items; Brand-PL strategies for your own brands.
Monitor the Buy Box Secured count over time: A steadily declining count means competitors are becoming more aggressive. Consider adjusting strategy parameters.
Use bulk operations: When onboarding a new product batch, use bulk import and bulk start to activate all repricers simultaneously rather than one by one.
❓ FAQ
How often does the repricer adjust prices?
The repricer checks for competitor changes continuously and can adjust prices multiple times per hour, depending on market activity and your subscription plan.
Will the repricer ever price below my minimum?
No. The minimum price is an absolute floor. The repricer will never set a price below this value, even if it means losing the Buy Box.
Can I reprice items on multiple marketplaces simultaneously?
Yes. Each marketplace-ASIN combination is treated as a separate repricer rule. You can set different strategies and price boundaries for the same product on different marketplaces.
What happens when I pause a repricer?
The price freezes at its current value. No further adjustments are made until you restart the repricer.
Does the repricer work for used-condition items?
Yes. You can filter by condition (New or Used) and apply strategies to either condition type.
How do I know if a repricer rule has an issue?
Open the Running (Not Won) tab and sort by Last Update, or scan the Latest Activity log for amber and red events. The Status column also shows badges like "At Min" or "Error" directly on each row.
